Great location, right in the heart of the town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good continental breakfast selection and the restaurant served delicious food. the room was clean and comfy which was good for resting after exploring the city all day.
The hotel didn't live up to expectations for the price paid. the staff seemed disinterested and didn't have a welcoming attitude towards guests, which felt like just another chore to them.

This hotel in Livigno is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. With a lift system just out the back, you can easily access all the north facing slopes and ski down with ease. The hotel itself offers great value for money, with attention to detail and friendly staff. The rooms may be basic, but they are kept spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is bountiful, providing a great start to the day on the slopes.

I had an awesome time in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ensuring I had a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were up to mark, from the spacious and clean rooms to the delectable food served in the restaurant, which had a good variety of Italian cuisine. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was in the center of the city with easy access to the bus stop. The hotel provided free parking which I could also use. Lastly, the breakfast served here was fresh and had a large continental selection.
Nothing could have been better, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Great location for skiers, with easy access to the lift system and slopes. Free public buses are also available for transportation to the other side of the valley. the hotel's rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff service is friendly, and the breakfast menu is varied and appetizing.
The hotel lacks a view of the surrounding landscape.

Great location close to ski lifts and main street, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Loved the variety of dishes for dinner, which made a nice change in comparison to another hotel we stayed in previously. The jacuzzi and sauna were also a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and unreliable. This was a bit of a letdown as I needed to stay connected for work purposes.
